Zazenkai

6:00 a.m. until 12 noon
A 6-hour zazenkai meditation service will be held at the Sangha of the Compassionate Heart Zen Center on Saturday, March 24, from 6:00 a.m. until 12 noon. All are welcome.
The service includes repeated periods of zazen and kinhin (walking) meditation. Breakfast is provided.
There is no charge for Zazenkai but donations support our practice, and are greatly appreciated.

Spring Sesshin
Weekend Retreat
March 23-25, 2012
Sesshin provides an opportunity to take a break from multitasking and cell phones for just a few moments in our often hectic and drama filled lives. It provides the space to pause and celebrate the change of the seasons.
Spend some time with yourself in complete silence…who knows what you may hear?
In Gassho
We have space for 6 people at each Sesshin. Any Sesshin having fewer than 4 people signup will be cancelled.
Cost: $75 ($50 students or unemployed)
A $25 non refundable deposit (unless Sesshin is cancelled) is required to reserve your space. Balance of payment is due before March 23rd.
Vegetarian meals and dormitory style accommodation are provided.
